Ohio is not the place that comes to my mind when thinking of a romantic getaway. But turns out I was wrong! You found so many beautiful places for couples to spend time together. My pick would be the Mohicans Tree House Resort.
Wow! I had no idea there are so many romantic getaways in Ohio. As art fans, we’d love to visit Cincinnati. Love the idea of a romantic date looking at beautiful paintings.
Wow! I wouldn’t have imagined 11 different places to visit in Ohio that are actually romantic! Carlisle Inn sounds very interesting. I love the combination of crafted beds, checkboard, jigsaw puzzles following their Amish tradition with the view of scenic countryside! Belamere suits with its private heated swimming pools, two-person whirlpool tubs, saunas, and fireplaces sounds amazing as well. The medieval-style Ravenwood Castle is totally my kinda place. Now I know where to go in Ohio!
I must admit that I would not thought of Ohio for romantic destinations. I like the idea of a spot like the Carlisle Inn with breathtaking views. But a treehouse resort might be quite a change for us. A city like Cincinnati would be great to offer lots to see and do. We would certainly check out the underground Italian eatery Sotto. Some interesting options in Ohio for sure!
These are some perfect romantic getaways in Ohio. The Mohican treehouse looks interesting, besides the art museum, the hiking trails, the picturesque country side, botanical gardens and castles to explore. We crossed Ohio on a road trip to Niagara falls and I think we had a stop over in Columbus. I think it has great fall colors too.
I haven’t been to Ohio yet, but it’s on my list. I want to take a road trip there. And your list of Romantic Getaways in Ohio is very inspiring, and I want to stay in some places you recommend. Staying in Inn Walden seems perfect as it offers a relaxing salon and spa. Private heated swimming pools in Belamere Suites also might be a great idea. Cincinnati Art Museum is on my bucket list, so I hope to visit it. But the most I would love to stay in The Mohicans Treehouse Resort, it’s something which suits me most, as I love nature.
I want to visit all of these. I’d love to go to Mohicans treehouse Glenmont, that sounds perfect for me and my husband.
Ohio’s never been on my list of places to go for romantic getaways, but perhaps I need to reconsider! I had no idea there were so many interesting resorts. And scenery to match!
