Another amazing hike is Indian Lodge Loop Trail. It is about 4.0-km loop trail near Fort Davis, Texas. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete. It is moderate in hiking difficulty. The Headquarters Trail and Montezuma Quail Trail are the easiest trails and shortest. They are mainly flat and takes about half an hour to finish.

Note: The Skyline Drive Trail is a steep and challenging foot path. it is only accessible through walking, so do not forget to bring your hiking gears. For safety reasons, bikes are not allowed in the Skyline Drive Trail.
4. Mountain Bike Trails:
You can off course bring your bike to enjoy the mountain bike trails in Texas. I would highly recommend trying the Limpia Creek Trail or Skyline Drive Trail for biking in Davis Mountains State Park. It is 4.3 km. The trails are steep and challenging. I would recommend them for serious riders. Although it might looks easy in the beginning, later on, they contain some loose rocks and pedal strikes. So drive carefully and be aware of your surrounding.
5. Horse Back Riding:
 You can bring your horse to stay an over night at Limpia Canyon Primitive Area. They are several trails to choose from, but for horseback riding. I would recommend the Limpia Creek trail. It starts at 4,900 feet above sea lever and ends at 5,700 feet high. The scenery at the end of the trail is worth it, so make sure to bring your camera with you. You will climb up the Davis Mountain in Texas.
6. Campsite In Davis Mountain In Texas:
There are many campsites to choose from, but Full Hookup Campsites are the best. There are 26 sites for 8 people in each site. You cannot accessed more than 8. They contains fire ring, along with water hookup and dinning table. There are some that contains electricity access, so make sure to check out yours before booking at $20 to $25 per night.
