    1. Badrinath:

    Badrinath is one of the Holy Temples and the most important pilgrims in the country, which is part of the “Dham Char” of the Holy Uttarakhand. Flanked by two holy mountains Nar and Narayan and the peak of Neelkanth formed a beautiful background.

    2. Hemkund Sahib:

    Hemkund is the Scripture Scripture site of the Sikh located in Chamoli Regency near the Valley of the Flower. Hemkund Sahib is also known as the snow lake located at a height of 4329m above sea level.

    3. Valley Of Flowers:

    5. Joshimath:

    Joshimath is another best winter destination in the Chamoli district which is just only 12 km down from Auli hill station. It is famous for the Jyoti Rath temple which is why the city is named Joshimath.

     

    This is a base for a trip to the flower valley. Joshimath becomes crowded when the winter season and snowfall happens all over the area including Joshimath and Auli and thousands of visitors and travelers visit here during the peak season which is in December to February.

    6. Karanprayag:

    Karanprayag is a small valley town near the junction of the Alaknanda and Dhauli rivers. A hilly town in Chamoli district. The nearest town to Karanprayag is Gauchar which lies on NH58. Karan Prayag was named after the Great Karna because of Mahabharat.

     

    It was said that because of meditating here for years near the intersection of the two holy rivers of Alaknanda and Dhauli Ganga. This is a small town that is also famous for Uma Devi temples which you can visit.

    Gopeshwar is the Headquarters of the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand. The place in Chamoli is famous for Gopinath temples in Gopeshwar, where hundreds of visitors come every week.

    Vasudhara is a pristine fall in Chamoli having pilgrimage importance among the peoples. Vasudhara Falls near Badrinath is a sacred view and offers views of the mountains, peaks, and beautiful glaciers.

     

    The waterfall is located 5 km from the last Indian village Mana. It is said that if you have sinned, falling will divert you from yourself. The route to Vasudhara falls starts from Bheem Pul which is near Mana village.

    10. Brahmatal Trek:

    One of Uttarakhand’s Kedar Panches, a Saint Temple of Lord Shiva. It is the hardest destination with an 18 km trek.

     

    Rudranath Trek offers an immersive beauty of nature during the trek. Green grasslands (Bugyals) and clouds will attract you the most. After reaching the temple, you will feel the positive energy. Rudranath is the most difficult hike in Uttarakhand after the Kedarnath trek.
